SelfLove Youth Wellness and Empowerment is a Non profit organization developed out of a need to support underserved youth with resources to balance mental and physical health.

Co-founded in 2016 by Kym Niles a Corporate Fitness Professional, Kym used sports/fitness as a platform to engage and expose young adults in the Weston community to an outlet that many are not afforded in low-income neighborhoods.

Using recreation as a pillar this created space for youth to express themselves, receive mentorship and heal in a safe environment through weekly Self Love workshops.

This innovative blend became the trademark of Selflove Youth.

In 2019 we launched our signature Makeurmark.ca- a podcast and mentorship program that brings visibility to Black professionals in classrooms. Mentors equip students with tools and strategies on how they overcame systemic barriers and achieved inclusion.

Since inception, Selflove Youth has impacted thousands of young adults in underserved communities across the GTA and continues to be a trusted source for schools/organizations seeking to address the needs of the whole child.
